Purpose of Using Personal Data

Neo Noir uses personal data only when necessary for fulfilling a contract or when we register you as a contact person in connection with a potential or existing business/trade relationship.

Categories of Data

We only process data that is considered ordinary personal data and thus not data related to criminal convictions or offenses, and not special categories of personal data.

We only use personal data within the Company and do not share it with others.

Data is stored by specially selected Data Processors with whom we have entered into Data Processor Agreements in accordance with the GDPR, and who have demonstrated their ability to meet the regulation’s technical requirements and security provisions.

Data Retention Period

We have not defined a specific period or deadline for how long your personal data will be stored with us.

Our policy is to retain your personal data as long as there is or could potentially be a business connection. You can contact us at any time to be informed whether personal data has been registered about you and/or to request the deletion of such data. See below under “YOUR RIGHTS.”

For those who have subscribed to our newsletter, your personal data will only be retained as long as you are subscribed to the service. Your contact details will be deleted when you unsubscribe.
